Omega Tool CNC Programmer / Operator position is as follows:
- Program, setup and operate 3 and 5 axis modern vertical machining centers.
- Knowledge/experience with Mastercam or Delcam CAM software.
- Critical attention to detail holding tight tolerances.
- Clear communication with shop personnel.
- The willingness to learn current mold building techniques.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- The ability to interrogate solid models and detailed prints.
- Time conscientious on task hours assigned.
- Efficient machine setups and time management.
- Efficient tool path strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest cutting tool technology.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team centered work environment.
