What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC-Controlled Machines: You’ll master horizontal milling centers and Boring Bars like a pro.
- Quality Matters: We’re all about precision. You’ll work with various parts and materials, ensuring top-notch results.
- Measure Twice, Cut Once: Precision measuring instruments? Check! You’ll use 'em to create components that fit like a glove.
- Read and Interpret: Manufacturing documents? G & M code? You’ve got this!
Shifts and Pay:
- 1st Shift (4/10’s): Monday-Thursday, 5 am to 3 pm.
- 2nd Shift (3/12's): Monday-Wednesday, 3 pm to 3 am
- Weekend Shift (3/12’s): Friday-Sunday, 5 am to 5 pm. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!
- Pay Range: $25/hr. - $34.00/hr. (base pay determined by experience).
- 2nd and Weekend shift:Add a $1.50/hr. premium.
- Overtime: Available when workload demands it.
- Growth: Performance review and wage increase after a 60-day probationary period.
