Seeking experienced CNC Quality Assurance/Control Manager in Arvada, CO.

General Duties:

• Oversee operations of CNC Quality Assurance lab including oversight of QA technicians and communication with machinists, management, and customers
• Oversee QMS including internal/external audits, audit preparation, and continuous QMS improvement
• Ensure AS9100 conformance including record keeping
• Manage vendors in supply chain with relationship building and regular assessments

Skills Required:

• Management of QA lab including equipment and tool calibration, FAI inspection protocols, and personnel oversight
• Understanding of GD&T including True Position
• Expertise in production and prototype inspection techniques
• Excellent customer and vendor communication skills

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Bonus Skills:

• CMM Programming and Operation
• GD&T expertise
• AS9100 experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
