Responsibilities:
- Define Project Scope and Objectives: Work with senior leadership to define project goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company's strategic vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for the transformation initiatives.
- Change Management: partner to implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the project and are effectively utilized.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Communication and Reporting
- Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project reviews.
- Collaboration Tools: Utilize project management tools and software to facilitate collaboration, track progress, and manage project documentation.
- Implementation and Monitoring
- Lead Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, and organizational changes, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of implemented changes against predefined KPIs and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement post-implementation and develop plans to realize these improvements.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Communications is preferred
- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
- Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage
