What You'll Do:
- Assist the RN, LPN/LVN, and other members of the clinical team in the care of the residents
- Help patients in performing activities of daily living such as bathing, eating, dressing, and other hygiene-related tasks
- Some Administrative tasks that are necessary to perform
- Develop friendly, and supportive relationships with our residents and patients
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports relating to the patient's condition and medication
- Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Report any change of condition or unusual findings to the unit nurse per policy and procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Help residents with physical therapy exercises
- Communicate with patients at all times to understand their needs and wants
- Communicate with patients' families to update them about your patient's condition and health

Requirements and qualification
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old and above
- Willingness to be trained
- Proof of Vaccination required
- Physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting or transferring patients
- BLS Certification/First Aid encouraged but not required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
