```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
- Help patients with medication management and administration.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of [state].
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Experience in a medical office or senior care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is a plus.
- Familiarity with assisted living, memory care, and dementia care practices is beneficial.
