Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Vein Disease

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4 Days per Week
- 40 Hours per Week
- Typically Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION:
- $145,000+ Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

This private practice opened in 2015 and offers Vein Disease services in an upscale, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences.  Being privately owned by physicians, their offices offer providers the day-to-day comfort and autonomy of working in small private practice settings, while receiving the support of a multi-site, regional organization.  They currently operate more than 20 offices in 4 states, boasting a staff of approximately 30 physicians and advanced practice providers, who are supported by talented administrative and clinical team members.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The practice is a vein treatment organization that offers a boutique environment focused on excellent patient experiences.  Their offices are staffed with physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, medical assistants, sonographers, and administrative personnel.  

Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.  Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- new patient consultations
- cosmetic sclerotherapy
- follow-up visits
- collaborating with physicians, sonographers, and other team members

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:

- varicose veins
- leg swelling / heaviness
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiency

The practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment.

The patient base consists of 95% insurance-covered and 5% self-pay.  The majority of clients are females in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.

REQUIREMENTS:
- active NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- 1+ year of advanced practice experience preferred
- experience in vascular medicine preferred
- experience in cosmetic or boutique environments preferred
- excellent communication skills
- new graduates will be considered on an individual basis
