About the Role:
The CMA Analyst is responsible for preparing comparative market analyses of seller inquires, listings and aged assets.

- Study and analyze real estate in multiple markets including: Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analysis for single family homes, condos and townhomes in accordance with standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
- Interface with other analysts and team leaders on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the Director, institutional and Resale Listing Agents.
- Drive resale properties and provide feedback on aged assets to Asset Management and Pricing Teams.

Requirements:What you bring:
- Must have strong knowledge of real estate valuations in multiple markets including: Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic office technologies.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to handle a high-volume workload.
- Must have ability to problem solve and complete multiple tasks within a narrow schedule.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Colorado Real Estate license preferred.
- Four year college degree with emphasis on finance, business or real estate preferred.
