SalaryClubhouse Staff
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clubhouse guests
- Assist with food service and beverage preparation
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse area
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Ensure the safety of guests, especially children, during activities and events
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with guests
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of theater or events management is a plus
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
