Clubhouse Manager - Venetian

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our members.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of club operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase club membership and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and special promotions
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and accurate reporting
- Perform shift management duties, including scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping

Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
