As a Cloud Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing data analytic web applications and services that will revolutionize risk analysis for entities in the Defense Industrial Base. You will work closely with our PM NISS Enterprise Engineering Team, participating in design discussions and gathering data requirements. You will have the opportunity to code, optimize, and troubleshoot Cloud Applications, ensuring they meet security and compliance requirements. To be successful in the role of Cloud Application Developer at RBR Technologies, you will need a strong combination of technical skills, experience, and a passion for software development. Here are the skills and qualifications we're looking for:

• Active DOD Secret clearance, and a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience in coding and software development activities, with a robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as MS Office, SharePoint, and good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and a good understanding of agile software development methodologies.

• Technical proficiency with coding technologies such as Angular 9, TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS, Node Package Manager, Angular Material UI Component Library, Angular Command Line utility, HighCharts, Maven, Git/GitLab, Spring (including Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Security, Spring MVC), SQL/PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Hadoop File System, and IntelliJ Ultimate.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban principles, PMI/ACP, ScrumMaster, Product Owner roles, and familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of tools like JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of KM platforms, DoD acquisition policy, cybersecurity requirements for IT systems and cloud-based platforms, and a Top Secret clearance are highly desirable.
