Qualifications:
* Eight years experience in Java Web Application development using modern application frameworks (GWT) and object-relational modeling frameworks (Hibernate).
* Comprehensive knowledge of relational data modeling and experience writing complex SQL queries Experience developing complete end-to-end n-tier service-oriented architecture solutions
* Demonstrated awareness of latest web technologies including HTML5 and CSS3
* Solid understanding of web communication architecture, i.e. REST/RPC/SOAP
* Knowledge of object-oriented design and programming principles and MVC framework.
Key responsibilities
* Lead software developer for Web Based user interfaces
* Rapidly create user interfaces using Ajax, Java Script, Hibernate, and CSS.
* Facilitate requirement gathering and analysis activities from a software developer perspective.
* Translate high-level and low-level design documents into web based applications.
* Identify, recommend, and adopted open-source software development.
* Progress from problem statement and design documents to implementation details.
* Quickly generate mockups and prototypes of new features.
* Complete tasks and projects on time with minimal guidance.
* Mentor other developers in front-end development technologies.
