Hoffmann Counseling Services is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient team. As a Clinical Supervisor in the Outpatient program, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking Mental Health support on an outpatient basis, as well as clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our community in an outpatient setting while working within a collaborative and client-centered environment.

Starting salary: 64,000 to 74,000

• Balance reduced caseload with supervisory responsibilities
• Provide direct supervision and review documentation for a small group of clinical trainees and/or Mental Health practitioners
• Understanding of ethical requirements and responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to policy and procedure by supervisees
• Facilitate individual and family therapy
• Complete timely and professional written reports and documentation
• Facilitate weekly consult meetings and supervision

Qualifications:

• LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LP licensure completed
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Board approved supervisory status preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with CTSS and ARMHS preferred
