Hoffmann Counseling Services is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient team. As a Clinical Supervisor in the Outpatient program, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking Mental Health support on an outpatient basis, as well as clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our community in an outpatient setting while working within a collaborative and client-centered environment.
Starting salary: 64,000 to 74,000

- Someone dedicated and passionate about enhancing the quality and availability of care in our communities
- Balance reduced caseload with supervisory responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and review documentation for a small group of clinical trainees and/or Mental Health practitioners
- Understanding of ethical requirements and responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to policy and procedure by supervisees
- Facilitate individual and family therapy
- Complete timely and professional written reports and documentation
- Facilitate weekly consult meetings and supervision
Qualifications:
- LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LP licensure completed
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- Board approved supervisory status preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with CTSS and ARMHS preferred
