Job Description
SUMMARY: Provides therapeutic services to youth, adults and families, as assigned per department, diagnosed with serious mental health issues and/or substance use disorders. This position will also clinically supervise identified individuals of the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assigned clinical supervision
• Timely, electronic documentation of all clinical supervision notes to the EHR, Credible
• Clinical trainings/Program development
• Assessments, evaluations & treatment planning
• Individual, group & family therapy
• Case management
• Individual/group skills training
• Dual diagnosis work as needed
• Consultation/education
• Information, referral & community outreach
• Member of after-hours Psychiatric Rehabilitation Crisis Team, which may include Civil Commitment Investigator Certification
• Clinical record keeping/report writing
• Attend & participate in Agency staffing/meetings
• Liaison with other human service organizations
• Coverage, as needed, for other team members
• Transportation duties may include, client transport, facility shopping, recreational outings, and medication distribution
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW preferred. CADC I preferred. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Candidates must be legally employable by a U.S. business
