Clinical Supervisor (LMFT LCSW LPCC)

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision of the trauma-informed therapeutic milieu including mental health services provided to the adolescents/young adults and families of those receiving services in the Outpatient Clinic. We seek a passionate Clinical Supervisor who can successfully provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians so we can provide high quality services for the families we support at our Outpatient Clinic.
Annual Salary: $70,000
Responsibilities:
- Providing regularly scheduled group and individual clinical supervision, children's outpatient clinic trainings, and team meetings/trainings to licensed and pre-clinicians in accordance with the guidelines of California licensing boards, Mental Health Policy and Procedure, RUHS and procedures for contract providers
- Maintaining professional relationship with Department of Public Social Services (DPSS), Department of Probation, and Riverside University Health System/Behavioral Health (RUHS)
- Reviewing incident reports and ensures they are reported to the respective county agencies
- Completing reports, plans, participating in Treatment Team Meetings, facilitating trainings/meetings, and communicating with team members, clients, families, and key stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge and implementing best practices for trauma-informed services for risk assessment, planning, and intervention strategies through continuing education and specialized trainings
- Maintaining client confidentiality in accordance to held standards of practice and adheres to County/State Mandated Reporting obligations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus two (2) years of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting required
- Two-years post licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or will be two-years post licensed within 3-6 months of being hired
- If not 2 years post license at time, expectation is that within 60 days of reaching 2 years post license, 15 CEUs required to conduct clinical supervision will be completed and Program Director will begin clinically supervising clinicians to effectively fulfill all of the duties and responsibilities of this position.
- One to two years of relevant experience directly supervising staff preferred
- Trained in intensive field-based services such as Wraparound Roles, Intensive Care Coordination, and Intensive Home-Based Services, the Core Practice Model, etc. preferred
- Experience working high-risk youth, adults, and/or families within Residential, Wraparound, Mental Health, Educational, Child Welfare, and/or Juvenile Probation systems required
- Valid Driver license for 1 year minimum, reliable transportation
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Clinicians must be State licensed or license eligible with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), and in good standing.
