We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the clinical services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically those with autism. Who We Are:
Dedicated to enhancing the lives of children facing autism and developmental delays, PHP offers intervention services rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). We extend our services throughout southern California. We are currently seeking master's level candidates to assume the role as Clinical Supervisor in the Los Angeles county area.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, behavior analysis)
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral terminology and FBA processes
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of therapists and behavior technicians
- Assist with functional behavior assessments to determine treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized behavior therapy programs
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers and medical providers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide training and support to staff on applied behavior analysis techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Conduct patient assessments and track outcomes
