SalaryDuties:
- Oversee and supervise a team of program staff working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and support to program staff on behavioral therapy techniques
- Conduct regular assessments and data collection to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and consistent implementation of treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress and program activities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of special education and behavioral therapy
Qualifications:
-Masters in ABA or related field if enrolled in a verified ABA course sequence and must have interest in collecting BCBA Supervised Fieldwork Hour
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in data collection in Central Reach
