Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent. Completed courses in medical terminology preferred.
Work Experience :
- Previous clerical experience in a health related field is preferred.
Skills Abilities :
- High degree of accuracy and organizational skills; cheerful and pleasant demeanor; must be able to work accurately in spite of frequent interruptions and some stress; good oral and written communication skills.

- v Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day. v Must be able to lift, carry, stand, bend, squat, reach and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time. v Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with the mental and emotional stress of this possession. v Must possess sight/hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately, so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
