Clinical Recruiter (Home Healthcare)

At Sonder Healthcare, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help hire the best of the best to take care of our patients ant their families. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization.
  
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  
• Conduct interviews over various platforms, including phone screening, in-person and zoom interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress.
  
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Work closely with the HR manager to keep all requisitions updated and accurate. 
• Act as representative of the company from first interview to orientation of new hires.
• Attend job fairs and build network with local medical schools.

Required Skills:

• Two years of Home Healthcare recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  
• Knowledge of training development principles is a plus.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Sacramento, CA 95834 before starting work.
  
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time (At least 32 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
