HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Registered Nurse, RN for a role as a Clinical Director for a psychiatric urgent care providing rapid engagement, assessment, and intervention for individuals experiencing acute Psychiatric crisis. Join a team focused on providing an alternative to Psychiatric Emergency Services with an emphasis on stabilization then rehabilitation through programing services within the program.
· RN Director will work FT, flexible scheduling options
· RN Director provides clinical leadership and oversee all aspects of our Urgent Care Clinic operations
· RN Director will lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychiatric and medical services
· RN Director ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and the maintenance of a safe, non-institutional facility environment
· RN Director collaborates with external stakeholders, such as the San Francisco Community Behavioral Health Services, to ensure regulatory compliance
· RN Director oversees departmental operations, including psychiatric, medical, and pharmacy services
· RN Director streamlines administrative processes for efficient clinic functioning
· RN Director develops and maintain effective relationships with community partners, such as the SF Police Department and SF Fire Department Emergency Medical Transport Services
· RN Director participates in staff meetings, emergency response planning, and ongoing quality assurance activities
Urgent Clinic Director, Registered Nurse Requirements:
· A degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing
· California Registered Nurse licensure
· Minimum of four years of psychiatric nursing experience, with at least three years in direct supervision
· Proficiency in computer-based information systems
· Ability to make clear and effective written and oral communications
· Valid California driver's license, a private vehicle, and insurability under the agency's insurance policies
· High stress tolerance and the ability to think clearly in an acute psychiatric crisis.
Urgent Clinic Director, Registered Nurse Compensation:
· $165K - $186K
