Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical RN Manager responsible for delivering high-quality ambulatory clinic care and maintaining efficient clinic operations. Reporting to the Clinical Services Director, this role involves organizing and directing day-to-day clinic operations, overseeing staff, and coordinating workflows for effective clinical services.
The ideal candidate should be adept in people development, management, and RN-level nursing care. Responsibilities include maintaining accountability for all clinic functions and ensuring that policies and workflows are understood and followed by all team members.
Essential Job Duties:
Operate a high-performing, safe clinic, ensuring workflow efficiency and protocol adherence.
Hire, coach, and supervise a team including RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic staff.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, making recommendations for improvements in clinic operations.
Ensure nursing and clinic staff deliver and document interventions as per care plans.
Evaluate service quality and effectiveness in coordination with medical practice leadership and other relevant disciplines.
Lead clinical and nursing elements during audit reviews, developing and monitoring corrective action plans for ongoing compliance.

Job Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Unencumbered RN state license.
Minimum of two years’ experience in ambulatory clinic operation management.
Minimum of two years’ clinical experience with a frail or elderly population.

Salary/Wage: Base range is $122,013.00 - $152,516.50 + Bonus + Equity. Total rewards package includes 401k match and comprehensive healthcare coverage. Actual pay adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
