SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Operation Supervisor to join our Unified Care team with both technical and clinical roles to develop an innovative, team-based chronic disease management program. Under general supervision in a fast-paced Primary Care clinic setting, the Clinical Operations Manager oversees daily operation of the care team to serve patients and maintain optimal operation efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily operations of care team, allocate all kinds of resources ot serve patients well
Develop, maintain care-team wide operation protocols, streamline the process and keep improving the workflow for better efficiency
Explore and develop new workflows or systems to maximize the team productivity
Set up team goals aligned with team and company OKRs
Develop and maintain analysis tools to track and evaluate KPIs for company, team and individuals.
Maintain effective communication with teammates, goals, action plans and expectations are clearly communicated with team
Coordination with other teams, including product team, engineers, account managers, biller, customer service, etc. to achieve mutual goals
Lead, motivate, and support care team with all direct reports and problem resolution
Ensure staff development including orientation, in-service education, continuing education and evaluation of staff.
Other tasks related to operation management as assigned
Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific or health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Clinical Operations management, preferably in a primary care or chronic disease management setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse care team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, promoting effective collaboration across different disciplines.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and patient data confidentiality.
Analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data and making informed decisions to optimize operations.
Tech-savvy with the ability to embrace and integrate digital health solutions into clinical workflows.
Passion for healthcare innovation and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape.
