We are seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor - Infusion and Clinic Operations to:
- Manage both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians - oversee a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Oversee USP 797 and USP 800 compounding services and ensure our team is integrated within our system initiatives and competencies for USP compliance and gain expertise operating within this space.
- Lead oversight of Omnicell automation systems including a Controlled Substance Manager, MedCarousel, OmnicellXT cabinets, and Anesthesia Work Stations.
- Lead day-to-day operations - you will have a unique sense of ownership and independence, with the support of other leaders floating through the building and remotely
- Engage with learners, including residents, interns, and students. UW Health is affiliated with the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and is their primary preceptor for IPPE and APPE Rotations.

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Preferred - Residency training: PGY2 in pharmacy specialty area of oversight.
Degree: Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration, Master of Health Care Administration, Master of Business Administration, or other relevant graduate degree.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Three years of relevant work experience, or PGY1 plus one year of relevant work experience, or PGY2.
Preferred - PGY2 in specialty area of oversight plus at least two years of relevant work experience in an academic medical center.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin or eligible (must be licensed by start date).
Preferred - Board certified through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in specialty are of oversight and/or certification in pharmacy informatics or applicable Epic applications required to perform job functions.
