Summary:
One of our exclusive partners is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to start with their organization immediately. This is a permanent job, and offers benefits. This position is located in Nashua, NH.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises and evaluates work performance of Clinical Resource Nurse in terms of patient care and staff development. Ensures timely and effective evaluation of all unit personnel.
- Actively participates in Leadership rounding with patients and staff.
- Actively participates in Environment of Care Rounds
- Completes stay interviews
- Acts as a resource for nursing care areas when acuity and census outweigh resource availability.
- Monitor and ensure staff compliance with mandatory education requirements
- Identifies and implements unit goals.
Essential Qualifications:
Job Knowledge and Skills
- Registered Nurses working in specialty areas must meet requirements for those specialties as determined by that specific discipline.
- Certification in specialty preferred
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientatio
- Current New Hampshire RN license required
- Minimum of 3-5 Years clinical nursing experience required.
- BSN degree / MSN degree preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire
- Membership in a professional organization preferred
