Lincoln Tech's New Britain, CT campus is looking for a Clinical Manager for the Nursing program. The role is a key part of the school's management team. You will build and maintain clinical site relationships and manage clinical and lab assignments for students and faculty. Your goal is to achieve the stated outcomes of the program, maintain optimum student count, and fulfill the institutional mission of the organization. You will ensure the school operates at the highest level of quality, ethics, and integrity.

- BSN required, MSN preferred
- 3+ years of recent Nursing experience at the RN level
- 2+ years of clinical teaching experience, ideally in an academic setting
- 1+ year in a management role
- Current CT State RN License
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites
- Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences
- Manage faculty sick calls and coverage or make-up as needed
- Ensure all incoming students meet physical requirements for entry into clinical program
- Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant parties
- Assist with faculty recruitment,orientation, mentoring, professional development, and evaluation
- Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill Lab process
- Ensure Skill Lab objectives are met. Maintain the lab setting, supplies, and equipment as needed
