We are seeking an Clinical Onboarding and Training Manager to oversee the Onboarding and Training process for our providers and medical assistants. This position is remote based, preference is given to candidates in EST and hold an active LPN or RN license.
Requirements
Onboarding of providers, scribes, MA’s, and support staff
- EMR training
- Job expectations
- Charting Requirements
- Billing and Coding
- Other relevant items
First-line EMR troubleshooting with providers
Assist trainees with integration to their respective groups
Remediation training as needed
Oversight of assistants
Answering questions from providers, scribes, MA’s and staff
Other duties as assigned
