Clinical Manager

CLINICAL MANAGER

Seeking an organized, professional, self-motivated Clinical Manager for an Internal Medicine Office. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, as well as management and oversight for the Medical Assistants with increasing responsibilities. And one will be a hands on manager, working as an MA when needed.

Must be able to perform management and administrative duties, which are, but not limited to:

● Training, onboarding, and managing new Medical Assistants.

● Creating and managing staff schedules

● Scheduling and leading meeting with Medical Assistants and management staff

● Addressing various patient questions and concerns throughout the day

● Communicating effectively with physicians, providers, and staff

● Assisting the providers as needed and solving problems alongside management

● Must be able to perform clinical duties when needed, which may include patient intake, EKGs, vaccinations, pharmacy requests, etc.

Qualifications:

● Computer skills: Word, Excel, Google Calendar, Google Documents, etc.

Experience with Athena EMR preferred.

● Possess excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.

● Self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.

● Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

● Availability to work evening and Saturday shifts as needed.

● Experience:

● 2-3 years of management in a medical setting required. Office experience

preferred demonstrating organizational skills and clinical procedures in a medical

or hospital setting.
