Clinical Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Experience & Requirements:

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of related experience. Previous appointment scheduling experience preferred
• Computer Knowledge includes MS Word, Excel and Access

A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Clinical Coordinator with YesCare at (Facility Name) located in (City, State):

• Review all outside consults written by the providers
• Enter all consults, emergent and non emergent, into the Outside Review Committee (ORC) database
• Schedule approved consults with the appropriate outside specialty, coordinating the inmate transport with Prison Operations staff
• Prepare consult documents, to include three days worth of medications, to accompany the inmate to his appointment
• Review the consultant reports immediately following the inmate's appointment and forward to the provider for review/orders
• Schedule onsite specialty clinics
• Coordinate all telemedicine appointments
• Prepare weekly reports for the providers
