We are a busy small animal practice seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic veterinary receptionist that would like to join our team. Experience preferred. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and clients kindly and with sincerity.
- Answering telephone calls professionally and returning e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments appropriately using our designated software.
- Receiving and verifying payments and balancing sales at the end of the day.
Other:
Receptionists must have excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, be compassionate, a positive attitude, follow-through with tasks and have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Multi-tasking is essential. Punctuality is expected.
