Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/health administration, nursing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Previous experience providing administrative support and service areas within the healthcare arena.
- Experience with clinical placement and contract management.
- Must be able to relate well and develop working rapport with faculty/staff, internal department and the external healthcare community.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to automate and improve processes and work at a high level of accuracy.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in clinical placement for nursing schools or healthcare agencies and with ACEMAPP.

Position Purpose
The Clinical Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing all student and faculty compliance with clinical health requirements. Additionally, the Clinical Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing all affiliation agreements for the OU SON’s clinical and community partners.
