Position Overview:

As a Clinical Assistant in our medical practice office or clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care under the direction of imaging professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining a clean and safe environment, delivering patient care, and offering information to patients. It is imperative that you exemplify appropriate behavior as outlined in our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in EMR to retrieve documentation regarding breast imaging cases
• Communicate and have breast knowledge to obtain reports from radiologists
• Communicate to patients normal reports in confidential manner
• Assists with daily chart preparation

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a medical facility as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Assistant, or similar healthcare role.
• PREFERRED: Experience with medical record and breast terminology in a healthcare setting, preferably in a breast center or healthcare system.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
