Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document
management.
· Manage patient records and ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
· Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
· Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for various departments.
· Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and
efficiency.
· Facilitate regular team meetings to address concerns, disseminate information, and foster a
positive team culture.
· Implement and enforce established policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality
care delivery.
· Foster a patient-centric approach by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing patient
concerns promptly.
· Collaborate with medical staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
· Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and with empathy.
· Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices. · Implement and maintain ancillary services which includes performing financial calculations, writing of policies and procedures, and the recruitment, training and scheduling of ancillary support staff · Ensure the practice adheres to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
· Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance overall practice efficiency.
· Collaborate with the Practice Administrator to optimize the practice's administrative processes and workflow · Overlap responsibilities with the Practice Administrator as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Previous experience in a healthcare setting or medical practice management is highly desirable.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is advantageous. · Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with medical professionals, staff, and patients.
· Proficiency in using various software applications, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
· Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to make sound decisions.
· Perform other tasks as assigned.

Pay: $65,930.00 - $90,000.00 per year
