The opportunity to be a member of a progressive 50 provider growth-oriented Cardiology team with robust advanced care clinic teams including Interventional Cardiology and Vascular programs, Structural heart, Electrophysiology, Cardio-Oncology, Heart failure, Cardiac Imaging, General cardiology. Multiple outreach clinics and telehealth emergency consulting. This is an office-based position, five days a week, no weekends and no holiday. Very competitive salary and benefits.

Administrator of Heart Rhythm Clinic will be responsible for maintaining efficient day to day practice facility operations for the Electrophysiology Clinic within the Cardiology Division. Manage the human and physical resources required for appropriate patient flow. Assure patient medical records are correct. Coordinate training of staff on proper patient documentation, billing and report generation. Fill in for Internal Medicine Manager on an as needed basis. Act as liaison between the practice and medical Outreach, Central Billing Office and TMH departments.

• Encourage providers in timely billing submission
• Monitor all expenses and ordering of supplies and equipment
• Supervise the verifying and generation of monthly reports and other reports as requested
• Supervise the daily operation and functionality
• Ensure all staff is properly trained.
• Perform TJC Tracers, EOC Audits, etc. when requested and in a timely manner
• Report payroll hours biweekly after auditing for appropriate use of overtime, PTO, etc. to comply with TMHPP goals and satisfy the needs of clients and physicians.

• Handles patient complaints appropriately

Reports:

Director of Operations Cardiac & Internal Medicine

Supervises:

RN/Clinical Nurse, Medical Assistant, Office Coordinators, Schedulers

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or a closely related field.

Required Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant work experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiology

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• RN license. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and/or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) credentials.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. Three (3) or more years of experience as an RN Cardiology. Three (3) or more year of Cardiology-related leadership experience.
