Duties:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinic efficiency and productivity.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
• Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Experience:

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist

Pay: $88,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Preferred)
