With over 70 clinics nationwide and a growing client base, Ageless Men's Health is expanding our Ageless Women's Health brand and planning to open a clinic geared towards treating women in the Fairfax area! To support this location, we are looking for a full time Clinic Director in Herndon with experience as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in women's health to run the clinic and help us grow!
WHAT WE DO
At Ageless we focus on safe and medically managed hormone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care and concierge medicine to help our patients improve their overall health and wellness.
JOB SUMMARY
Our Clinic Director position is a unique opportunity for clinicians to lead their peers and manage a clinic. You will provide direct patient care to include initial evaluation and assessment of patient needs, administering weekly treatments, and monitoring ongoing progress of patients. Clinic Directors run every aspect of our clinics locally – from census management to selection and management of their team. This position provides an opportunity to make your time more valuable with uncapped bonus potential.

Job Type: Full-time
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Pay: $142,000-154,000 total annual starting compensation: base pay + minimum guaranteed bonus (bonus has uncapped potential)
Requirements: PA-C or NP license (required)
