Clinic Based Behavior Technician/Direct Support For Teen And Adults

Job Summary

BCBA owned and operated company

Must be willing and able to work with teens and young adults with challenging behavior. SafetyCare certification will be provided.

RBT credential is not required. Applicant must be willing and able to obtain the RBT credential within the first 30 days of employment. RBT class and competency will be provided.

Supervisors are on site and are available each day. Room for growth within the company.

Supervision for students is available as part of employment with CAP, Inc.

Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with individuals with Autism and related disorders implementing Clinic based Behavior plans and programs designed and maintained by a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Candidate should:

• Be able to complete and pass a 40 hour RBT class if not already certified
• Have good communication skills, comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback
• Be able to work the schedule provided
• Be available 30-40 hours per week
• Be friendly, energetic, compassionate, organized and reliable
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to move quickly and have the ability to lift at least 25lbs
