Who are we?: We are a 24-hour residential provider in Chesterfield, VA! We are currently hiring for Sunday-Wednesday (see below for required hours)

What are the pay/benefits?

• Pay $16 + /hr.

What is a DSP and what does it entail at L&R of Chesterfield? We are looking for people who enjoy helping individuals with intellectual disabilities live fulfilled lives. This job includes helping the residents with their daily ADL's, helping them reach their daily goals, and integrating them into the community.

What are the hours? Monday-Wednesday 11p-9a, Sunday 9p-9:30a.

What do I need? We prefer an applicant to have the following training, but are open to paying for training if required:

CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, TOVA, at least 1+ years of experience in this field.
