The QuikTrip Information Technology department is now accepting applications for a Client Technology Configuration Manager to work in the Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK.
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing QuikTrip’s use and control of the Configuration Management and application deployment systems. Perform monitoring, maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, configuration and compliance to QuikTrip departmental standards of client devices and applications within the Configuration Management and application deployment system environment. Perform research and analysis to ensure compatibility with new software and hardware components in the environment. Consult IT procedures, technical documents and knowledgebase entries for incident resolution procedures. Coordinate support efforts with other Technical Operations and Technology resources. This position will report to the Client Operations Manager.
The requirements for this position include:

- 3+ years working knowledge of hardware, software, network and computer systems.
- Must possess a thorough working knowledge of Configuration Management and Application Deployment administration or equivalent experience.

B. The major functions for this position:
1. Configuration Management
- a. Assist Technology team in developing and maintaining installation and configuration standards and procedures.
- b. Perform daily monitoring of client end-point Configuration Management agent health and remediate appropriately.
- c. Review system logs to identify system errors and non-compliance with IT standards.
- d. Perform monthly performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- e. Ensure current OS patches and upgrades are applied weekly for client devices.
- f. Monitor patch compliance dashboard and troubleshoot non-compliant devices.
- g. Maintain and monitor OS versions that are end of life. Deploy updates to applicable devices to keep all workstations on supported OS versions.
- h. Assist in creation and deployment of applications and operating systems.
- i. Package and distribute application updates and configurations through QuikTrip’s Configuration Management system.
- j. Utilize advanced reporting daily to identify opportunities for performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

- l. Maintain and utilize the Software Catalog to deploy applications on a large scale as well as packaging and automating the installation of software utilized by QT.

- n. Look for opportunities to enhance the corporate computer images, keeping them CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) and PCI compliant per policy.
- o. Ensure adherence to the Approved Software List, which involves the approval, testing, and deployment/packaging of new tools/applications.

2. Application Deployment System
- a. Create jobs for package deployments to store devices when requested by dev IT teams.
- b. Provide reports and attend weekly change meetings to note job deployments for the week.
- c. Deploy packages following the store deployment procedure every day and send out daily communication.
- d. Work with other IT departments to create tasks containing scripts that need to be deployed to correct devices and improve departmental efficiency.
- e. Maintain and create device groups in RemoteLink to ensure accuracy during deployments.
- f. Maintain the development and test environments.
- g. Work closely with the Service Center to identify package deployment issues, monitor and troubleshoot as needed.
- h. Work with SIO during upgrades and DR testing.
- i. Work closely with the Store Technology Operations group to identify new store opening issues regarding deployments.
- j. Be the point of contact for entering trouble tickets to Unwired Revolution concerning issues with RemoteLink.
- k. Recommend a semiannual license purchase request for Remotelink production clients.

3. Intune/AutoPilot for Devices
- a. Maintain current applications being deployed to Intune Devices.
- b. Monitor dashboards to ensure devices are receiving configuration, applications, and Windows patching and troubleshoot when necessary.
- c. Create and maintain deployment profiles as necessary.

4. Project Work
- a. Coordinate with project teams (all levels of QT management and developers) with minimal supervision, determine needs and make technical recommendations to ensure correct server and storage options are designed, installed, and utilized.
- b. Attend assigned project-related meetings in order to provide support perspective feedback to project teams.
- c. Coordinate and perform complex deployments or configuration changes to client hardware software as needed by engineering teams.
- d. Support new software deployment and document solutions to current issues as they arise.
- e. Review transition support documentation as new infrastructure or software is successfully migrated from engineering into production.

5. Documentation and Reporting
- a. Research and report monthly on the current health and PCI compliance.
- b. Utilize current processes used in supporting the QuikTrip technology infrastructure.
- c. Ensure documentation support is updated continuously to align with Information Technology standards and procedures.
- d. Author new or update break/fix and procedural knowledgebase articles as solutions are developed to assist Client Technology specialists.
- e. Work with problem management teams as needed.
