Part-Time Project Management & Client Support

At KEYLITIX (https://www.keylitix.com), we love building business websites that deliver outstanding results! We help small businesses and organizations (with 5-100 employees) looking to reinvent and formulate their online presence with a website that is on-trend with design, well-coded, and flexible enough to grow with them. We work with our clients to build an online marketing strategy that includes a well-built website, a cohesive brand, digital marketing, and other resources for online growth. We need to create ongoing personal relationships with our clients and facilitate that role as a dedicated webmaster and digital consultants.

We are looking to hire a part-time project/account manager to support our projects and monthly website care clients, whose websites and marketing we manage on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, customer service qualities, and basic technical skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Daily management of support tickets, communication with clients, and assignment of tickets to developer/team for tasks
• Quality assurance testing of completed tasks and projects
• Contacting client’s web host when needed for emergencies
• Daily Management of website build projects, facilitating communication between clients, team members, and management
• Sending assignments to graphic designers, following up, and uploading graphics to WordPress when received
• Sending assignments to developers, following up, and testing build tasks
• Having weekly status update calls with clients during the project (usually 8-10 weeks) to present content to clients, get feedback, and let them know what we need from them
• Managing project timetables and critical players on deliverables
• Onboarding new monthly clients

Required:

• English fluency
• Knowledge of the WordPress CMS platform
• Comfortable making screen recordings for US clients
• Comfortable getting on virtual meetings or phone calls with clients
• Comfortable speaking to website support technicians
• 5+ years of website Project Management experience either as a freelancer or in an agency
• Your computer (less than 3 years old)

Preferred but not required:

• Ability to edit in Figma, WordPress, or DIVI
• Good understanding of site builder programs
• Experience with Go High Level or workflow/CRM system
• Experience with MailChimp, Constant Contact, Drip, etc.

• G-Suite/Google Docs
• Droplr/Loom (for recording quick tutorial videos)
• WordPress
• Divi
• Lastpass

Reports to: Project Director

Schedule:

• Dedicated 2-3 hours a day / 10-20 hours a week
• Daily morning check-in and 2-hour work window, anywhere from 7am-10am CT
• Daily check-in the afternoon for support tickets and “next-day” assignments
• Other check-ins or client calls as available

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
