Job Description
Labor Solutions is seeking an Onsite liaison between the Labor Solutions office and the client company, representing Labor Solutions and being the first contact for temp employees. The main responsibility is to ensure that a complete workforce is established and ready to work. The following is a description of what the job entails. Thorough training will be provided.
Hours: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary: $20.00
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Labor Solutions and support office staff to provide the best customer service.
- Assist with the completion of necessary training for Temps.
- Perform daily safety observation walkthroughs.
- Establish strong working relationships and maintain those relationships by providing optimal customer service.
- Intake of employee injury reports
- Intake on employee relations complaints.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
- Perform daily roster check-ins.
- Travel to designated office locations to pick up weekly checks and attend weekly office meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
- You will be reporting to the Regional manager.
Job Requirements:
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience is a plus.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Evaluate staffing strategies and plans
- Ability to establish and maintain great customer relationships.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must possess bilingual skills (Spanish).
- Submit staffing candidates to hiring authorities.
- Must be dependable.
