Position Overview:

For the Sales Representative - We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a High Energy High Ticket Closer. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.

Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided

Performance Expectations:

  • Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
  • 50 Dials Per Day on Average
  • Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM
  • Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
  • Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month
  • **Position is Full time & we are Hiring Immediately**

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the entire sales cycle.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
