Dovis Plumbing of Miami, FL is looking to hire a full-time Client Services Rep - CSR - Admin Assistant to join our Client Services team and provide exceptional help to keep our business running smoothly. This CSR position starts at a competitive wage of $20-$25/hour, based on experience. You would also be eligible for fantastic benefits, including paid holidays, achievement recognition, and advancement opportunities! This full-time Assistant Administrator & CSR position at our plumbing office typically works Mon - Fri from 8:00 am to 5 pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICES REP / CSR

As our Client Service Rep / CSR, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our plumbing office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, calling customers back to answer questions, and remembering to follow up!

Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone, email, or in person. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of leak detection work is taken care of accurately and on-time!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with Excel, Gmail, QuickBooks, and Word
  • Superb phone and customer service skills
  • Great organizational skills
