- Some AV experience would be good. Like supporting Teams rooms.
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system.
- Experience with Bomgar is preferred.
- And most important good communication skills, detail oriented and service mindset.
- Configure and support laptops and desktops for the Loreal offices
- Deploy Cisco IP phone handsets as required by the business. (Endpoint support only)
- Responsible for desktop/laptop imaging
- Clear understanding of Windows 10 environment
- Experience with O365 and troubleshooting issues
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product/service offerings and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
- Maintain user AD/O365 accounts (adds and delete user account, object creation, and maintenance).
- Maintain and support wireless devices including corporate and personal cell phones (Android and iOS) and iPads.
- Support audio-visual equipment and conference rooms
- Familiarity with common software installations (i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and successfully following documented steps
- Understand and document business Desktop requirements, support documents and Knowledge articles
- Take ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests
- Performs Incident ticket processes; Responds to assigned tickets (routine and urgent) within the timeframe specified by the current service level agreement and works issues through to resolution; Maintains appropriate documentation within the Incident system as determined through periodic ticket quality reviews.
- Follows standard operating processes and best practices for all service situations.
- Acts as a mentor to Level I team members and as escalation point to Level 1
- Bachelors degree or 3-5 plus experience as a Desktop Support Analyst
- Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organization skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, MAC OS and Windows 10 *Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments
- Solid technical background in a broad range of Microsoft-based IT discipline and user support.
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Good understanding of computers systems and software applications
- Experienced detail oriented with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
- Basic knowledge of networking a plus
