Client Services Manager

Matrix Psychological Services provides mental health counseling and corporate consultation services to individuals and corporate clients across the United States and Canada. We are currently seeking an individual for the full-time position of Client Services Manager. This is an entry-level position, but requires someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as Account Manager for a number of corporate accounts by providing outstanding customer service to human resource representatives, tracking utilization data, and periodically meeting with clients
• Edit, format, and assemble reports for corporate clients
• Assist in locating the appropriate psychological resources for clients and expediting referrals to Matrix providers outside Central Ohio
• Coordinate professional services in response to crisis situations at client sites
• Some public speaking is required
• Perform administrative support to VP and President, as needed.
• Orient and onboard new corporate accounts to the EAP benefit.
• Some on-call work required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with major computer operating systems and desktop software suites
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work quickly and independently on a frequent basis and thoroughly follow through with tasks
• Willingness to learn
• Prior administrative or customer service experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
