Client Services Coordinator

Working for this well-established Wealth Management firm based in Dallas you’ll be joining a team that hasn’t had anyone leave in over 10 years, working alongside two Senior Wealth Managers who have a laid back and supportive management style.

Day to day you’ll be getting involved in setting up new accounts, supporting clients with any queries and work closely with the wealth managers to meet deadlines along with ad hoc finance admin work when required. It’ll be a varied position with something new to learn every day, ideally, you’ll have a background in a similar position to hit the ground running.

Based at the newly refurbished HQ in Dallas for training and once you’re settled you’ll be in the office one day a week unless you want to take advantage of the free on-site gym, you’ll be operating on a flexi-time pattern you’ll have core hours of 9am to 4pm and will make up the rest of the 40 hour work week outside of this.

Day to Day Tasks

· Set up and maintain new accounts on the systems

· Resolve any client service issues

· Support with requests from Wealth Managers

· Act as liaison between Wealth Managers and Clients

· Complete trading and rebalancing processes including trade allocations

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting or related field

· 3+ years’ experience in financial planning or wealth management

· Excellent communication skills

· Team player

· Experience with Schwab or Fidelity platform would be desirable
