Job Description
Growing, fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm is looking for a dynamic and charismatic phone sales representative to achieve maximum success in our intake call center.
Ideal candidates will have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales call center is ideal.
- Work Schedule:
Your work hours will encompass shifts from 12 pm to 9 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm, flexibility for both is essential. You will have either Wednesday or Thursday off and must be available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Collect and document sensitive personal information
- Strong customer and sales experience and excellent attention to detail
- Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism
- General administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work after hours and occasional weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
