Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and handle back office responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage advisors' schedules.
- Prepare and distribute client communications, including account statements and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency.Process new accounts and account transfers/rollover.
- Ability to work effectively and independently.
Qualifications
- Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and an extraordinary Client Service orientation
- Have a passion for working with clients and helping people
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to think outside the box, prioritize workload, and anticipate and resolve issues as they arise
- Superior phone skills – friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone
- Professional demeanor, strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Prior experience in a Client Service or administrative role. A plus if in the financial services industry.
