SalaryHenssler Financial is seeking Finance (or related) majors for our entry-levelClient Service Associate to serve as the primary liaison between our custodial team and our Financial Planners and Associates. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within our firm.

What you'll do for us:
- Manage all custodial paperwork.
- Account setup and completion of new client checklists.
- Assist in handling leads and contracts.
- Perform online filing to SharePoint sites and handle faxing of documents.
- Prepare meeting booklets and ensure all necessary items are ready for mailing.
- Send out monthly reports to relevant parties.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments.
- Draft and mail non-rec letters, create IPS templates, and update custodian/contact information.
- Dedicate time each week to front desk duties, which involve greeting guests, maintaining a tidy reception area, answering phone calls, and assisting with general inquiries.
- Support Financial Planners and Associates with miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Reliable and accountable with a commitment to accuracy in paperwork completion.
- Demonstrated capability to produce high-quality work.
- Industry experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related.
