JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Relationship Manager acts as a first-line resource for external clients regarding our services and product lines and ensures the necessary information is disseminated to the applicable resources. This individual is well versed in third-party administrator (TPA) operations and processes, which include claim pricing and configuration, enrollment processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE plans, and researching complex issues across operational areas. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will address needs/concerns and establish solutions to improve operations in various areas. In addition, you will work alongside the Account Management team to develop, support, and strengthen Client Relationships. This role is essential in managing clients' expectations, delivering exceptional service and results, and identifying internal process improvement opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the main contact for external clients requesting products, including but not limited to formulary compliance, plan set-up, provider management, member enrollment/eligibility changes, patient concerns, reporting (scheduled and ad hoc), audit support, and claims assistance.
- Maintain current knowledge of PACE, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC)
- Problem solve and identify solutions in various areas, including but not limited to claims processing, claims payment, enrollment, and provider contracts. Perform root cause analysis to identify areas of process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to find and/or suggest solutions for client concerns or requests or to improve service offerings.
- Prepare and maintain active project plans for each client and present updates in regularly scheduled calls.
- Coordinate reporting submissions for clients and for appropriate management to ensure critical deadlines are met.
- Perform risk assessments/quality reporting and monthly reporting, as directed.
- 8+ years of professional work experience in account management, client relations, customer service, or operations in a health plan setting.
- 5+ years of professional experience building Client Relationships and problem-solving.
- 5+ years of experience working with payer claims department.
- 2+ years of experience in TPA (Third Party Administrator) industry.
- 2+ years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years in work experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting salary range for this remote role is ($110,000-115,000 /Year). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
