Position:
Client Relations Representative – Level I (CRR-I)
We are seeking an entry-level candidate who enjoys delivering top-tier customer service, possesses an outgoing and friendly demeanor, and can adapt to evolving technology. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are crucial, and strong organizational and time management abilities are essential.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. During the training period, the pay rate is $18.00, with the opportunity for an increase after the 90-day probation period and an additional increase at 6 months.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Client Relations Representative will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive support to businesses engaged in credit card payment processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing incoming customer inquiries related to billing, terminal issues, service/payment processing, and general customer concerns.
- Employing strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to achieve first-call resolutions.
- Upholding a high level of professionalism while building positive relationships with all callers.
- Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call, along with comprehensive documentation for precise tracking and analysis.
- Collaborating with the management team to stay informed about product knowledge and any changes in company policies.
- Contributing to the company's profitability by resolving issues and turning frustrated clients into loyal customers.
- Actively participating in team and departmental meetings to provide feedback and enhance the overall work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- While a college degree is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in professional written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent service.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel formulas and navigating Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher.
